Here you’ll find our Weekly 10 Minute Workouts! As you do them, always remember to go at your own pace. If something doesn’t feel good, don’t do it. Feel free to ask me for modifications. I usually have an idea of another exercise or a way we can make something work for you. Don’t forget, there’s a beginner and an advanced so feel free to choose which one fits for you.
You’ll also find a Stretch Video that’s great to do every day for a reboot and reset.
