Today, we’ve got a 2 Part Reboot Boot Camp Throwdown!

1) Forearm Plank Toe Tap. Simply follow along with the video for a forearm plank with toe taps. If you’re a beginner, simply do this at the wall.

2) Drink Up! Let’s check out our water consumption again! Remember, as a quick guide, aim to drink half your body weight in ounces.
