Welcome back to Reboot!

Happy Tuesday! How are you doing with this week’s goals so far? We’ve got a great salmon recipe with some water rich veggies in the dining tent.

Today, we’re boosting our focus with our Reboot Workout AND a Pile Takedown!

Remember on Sunday we talked about reducing distractions by getting rid of clutter? Another source of distraction is a pile that causes us anxiety just by looking at it or one that actually causes us to look away. So, here’s the challenge:

  1. Find a pile that you can’t stand but you really work hard to avoid

  2. Grab a trash bag, recycling container or shredder.

  3. Set a time for 10 minutes.

  4. Deal with the pile for solid 10 minutes. Do not stop. Simply make fast decisions as you go through it.

  5. Enjoy how much better you feel when the timer rings!

  6. Celebrate with your reboot workout! :)
