TGIF! Today, we’re celebrating the end of the week at Boot Camp with a Stretch and some ice cream! After all, what kind of camp would this be without ice cream?
Reboot With a Stretch
We’re rebooting with a simple stretch today! This is a great way to start, end or take a break during the day! This quick stretch series feels good and is super calming for the nervous system. If you want a longer stretch , don’t forget there is one available in Workout Studio.
After you finish your stretch, try some Chocolate Banana “Ice Cream”!
Adults and kids like this recipe! You may have guessed it though, this ice cream is a little different. Don’t worry, it’s still delicious but there isn’t any added sugar. When you have a surplus of bananas, peel them and freeze them in a plastic bag so they're ready whenever you have a craving for ice cream.
1. Take frozen bananas and blend them in your blender or a food processor. You can eat it just like this.
2. Or, make it chocolate banana “ice cream” by adding some cocoa powder.
Yes, it’s really that easy! And, it's delicious! Try it out this weekend!
