Don't worry! No need to stress about exams. This class is all about making you feel your best!

Remember when you'd head back to school and have a whole new routine? Well, break out your No. 2 pencils and backpacks. We're heading back to school again! Fall is the perfect time to create new habits!

What can you expect? You’ll not only work on your own goals but you’ll also receive a weekly "assignment" focused on upping your activity, eating well, sleeping, organization, productivity and even making sure that you’re having some fun. Think of it as the best school day ever!

Back to School: Well-Being 101 begins Sunday, October 1st!

Here’s how it works:

1. At the start of school, you’ll talk, video chat, or email with your personal coach and set 3 goals. They are your own goals so they can be whatever will make you feel good. 

2. Each Sunday, you'll receive your lesson, homework assignments and workout for the week.

  • The lessons will focus on rebooting your well-being by helping you boost your activity and sleep, giving your diet a makeover and helping you get organized and lower your stress. Whoa! That sounds like a lot but we take it in easy to tackle pieces. 
  • The "assignments" are your new habits to focus on that week. Because we're looking to create new or reestablish habits, we'll continue to build on your weekly assignments. You’ll also receive a weekly step challenge. We recommend using an activity tracker like fitbit or a pedometer. 
  • The weekly workout will be between 10 – 15 minutes. Don’t worry, there’s a beginner and advanced workout so there’s something for everyone. We keep the length short so that you can do it once, twice or three times depending on how much time you have.  

3.Monday, Wednesday and Friday, you’ll receive your "Tip of the Day" to help you achieve your goals. This tip may be a quick weekday recipe, a surprise challenge or something to reduce stress. Whatever it is, you'll know it's designed to help you start your day right.

4. Accountability helps us succeed. Each day, you'll have a homework checklist to give you instant feedback and help to keep you on track. Don't worry. You don't have to pass it in to your coach. 

5. For even more accountability, on Mondays, you'll check-in with your coach via email on your progress on your goals and "homework" assignments. You have the option of doing 2 of your check-ins via 10 minute telephone sessions with your coach. You don't have to take advantage of this but you may be amazed at how effective it can be.

Well Being 101 runs from Sunday, October 1st to Monday, October 30th. This class you may just want to repeat!
