So long winter! Reboot your well-being with our 4-week Reboot Virtual Boot Camp! This program is like having a wellness coach, personal trainer, organization coach and nutritionist all in one.

June is the perfect time to make some changes and get ready to enjoy the summer! 

Since, we often hear the following: “I don’t have any time. And, I don’t know what changes to make. Help! What can I do to be healthier and get back in shape?” Reboot Boot Camp is designed to answer this question!

Here’s how it works:

1. At the start of Reboot Boot Camp, you’ll talk, google hangout, or email with your personal coach and also set 3 goals. They are your own goals so they can be whatever will make you feel good. 

2. Each Sunday, you’ll receive your Reboot newsletter with 3 challenges for you to complete that week. The challenges will focus on increasing your well-being. So, we'll be challenging you to increase your sleep, up your physical activity, eat well, organize your morning and lower your stress. You’ll also receive a weekly step challenge. We recommend using an activity tracker like fitbit or a pedometer.

3. Tuesday – Friday, you’ll receive an “Exercise of the Day” challenge. Don’t worry, there’s a beginner and a more advanced version of each exercise so there’s something for everyone. Friday’s email will also contain a weekend challenge that combines all of the week’s exercises. Keep your eyes peeled through the week for a special emails like Food of the Week or a healthy recipe to try too.

4. Each Monday, you’ll check in with your coach via email on your progress on your goals and challenges. You have the option of doing 2 of your check-ins via 10 minute telephone sessions with your coach. You don't have to take advantage of this but you may be amazed at how effective it can be.

5. Reboot Boot Camp runs from Sunday, June 10th to Monday, July 9th. The last step is to enjoy how great you feel!
