Congratulations Boot Camper! You completed Reboot Boot Camp!

Can you believe it? Today is our closing ceremony day! Let’s look back at all we’ve done together these past 4 weeks!

Over the past 4 weeks, we’ve worked on all of the following:

  • Eating 5 - 7 servings of fruits and veggies especially cruciferous and water -rich varieties

  • Reducing Adding Sugar

  • Boosting Whole Grains

  • Boosting Joy with Acts of Kindness and Gratitude Lists

  • Socializing

  • Increasing our Water Intake

  • Being Mindful of our Thoughts and our Ability to Change them

  • Forest Bathing

  • Learning about Wabi Sabi

  • Creating a solid to do list

  • Taking on stress inducing piles

  • Reducing time draining distractions

  • Ending our Shoulda Woulda Coulda Thoughts

  • Increasing our strength and muscles

  • Increasing our Activity

  • Increasing our Agility and Flexibility

  • Boosting movement throughout our days

  • Reducing Inflammation, Stress and Our Waistlines

  • Boosting our Sleep

  • Weekly Workouts

Wow! You’ve done a lot! And, that doesn’t even capture everything!

So, today, our last challenge is to grab a pen and paper. Then, simply work through each of the questions below to help guide you for a our final check-in. You may even want to pull out the well-being wheel that we created on our very first day together. Or, start a new Well-Being Wheel and compare.

  1. As you look back over the past 4 weeks, what’s standing out to you? What did you learn about myself?

2. Were there challenges that you really loved or enjoyed? Were there ones that really resonated with you or you felt got you closer to what you’re wanting for yourself? What were they? List what challenges helped. If you would change these challenges slightly to meet your needs, make a note of it. 

3. As you went through the program, you may have noticed that there were certain things that sometimes prevented you from making the changes you wanted to make. Describe some of them. Then, take a moment to think of how you can reduce these barriers. Perhaps different coping skills? Different thought pattern? Planning? Or something as simple as putting your water bottle with your keys so you don't forget your water bottle in the morning? 

4. Look over what you wrote above and think about where your thinking is now. What are 3 things that you ‘d like to take with you as you go forward? Or, what are 3 challenges that you'd like to complete or maintain going forward? These challenges can be ones that we worked on together or entirely new ones. Then, as we did during this program, make a plan of how you'll implement the challenge and track your progress. 

You can include all of the above in your final check-in, ask for some guidance or just simply let me know that you completed it. The choice is yours.

In other words, the manner you travel through life is your choice! Make each choice your own and one that leaves you feeling your best!
